We are thrilled to introduce a new amenity at our beloved Cook House: a serene hot tub experience.

Located behind the house and encircled by elegant fencing, lighting and decking, the spa area is thoughtfully designed to offer a private retreat while allowing uninterrupted views of the stars and treetops.

After 6+ years living at the edge of Catskill Park and the glorious nature, peacefulness (and isolation) that comes with it, we were craving more art, culture, restaurants, music, coffee shops, humans… things that are in abundance in NYC but are more of a trek in the mountains. We think we’ve found a pretty magical balance in Kingston and can’t wait to welcome you here.
