The property consists of 2 separate dwellings, the Main House and the Guesthouse. The entire property is bookable for up to 6 guests. Two bedrooms and 2.5 baths are in the Main House, and the Guesthouse contains another 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms.
Both houses can accommodate up to 4 guests of your total group of 6, and you may choose how your guests are arranged across both houses. Guests will only have access to the immediate surrounding property. A property map will be shared to showcase property boundaries.
Located just over 2 hours from New York City, the house is a great jumping-off point for Catskills activities from hiking to dining. It’s about 10 minutes from Vernooy Kill Falls; plus Inness, Westwind Orchard, Arrowood Farm and Butterfield are all within a 30-minute drive. Or just stay inside and relax.
The home is located within a private residential community. Please respect the 25 m.p.h. speed limit and the privacy and quiet enjoyment of neighboring homes. The private roads within the community are a great place to walk, run or bike without much traffic.
Booker must be 25 years or older, and will be asked to sign a rental agreement following booking. Standard Reset Club rental terms will apply for individuals who book the properties. The New York Times is not responsible for the rental property. Booking process and pre-stay communication will be managed by The Reset Club.
The Reset Club will perform ID verification through verification engine, Superhog, prior to confirming all bookings. Booker and all guests will be required to submit email addresses and IDs upon booking. IDs submitted will need to match all IDs shown at check-in.
The property is not to be used for commercial, stock photography, paid media, or video purposes. If you would like to use the space in this way, please contact us for pricing and location release.
