This mid-century home offers open-concept, indoor-outdoor living with breathtaking views of the San Jacinto Mountains right from the pool in the private backyard.
The open living area’s serene neutral palette will instantly put you in vacation mode. An open, communal dining space overlooks the pool.
The fully hedged, private front and backyards offer a variety of spaces to lounge, play and indulge your sweet tooth throughout the day. Citrus trees including lemon, key lime, orange and grapefruit will take your beverages to the next level. Backyard includes a Guesthouse, with its own private entrance, king bed and bath.

Located less than 2 miles from downtown Palm Springs. Drive along the beautiful Tahquitz Creek Channel around the corner and right into downtown in less than 10 minutes.

Booker must be 25 years or older, and will be asked to sign a rental agreement following booking. Standard Reset Club rental terms will apply for individuals who book the properties. The New York Times is not responsible for the rental property. Booking process and pre-stay communication will be managed by The Reset Club.
The Reset Club will perform ID verification through verification engine, Superhog, prior to confirming all bookings. Booker and all guests will be required to submit email addresses and IDs upon booking. IDs submitted will need to match all IDs shown at check-in.
Guests of this home will also be required to adhere to local vacation rental rules set by the city of Palm Springs, and to sign specific agreements pertaining to Rules and Regulations of Palm Springs Vacation Rentals and the city’s “Good Neighbor Brochure.” No amplified music or loud noise is allowed outdoors at any time. Noise must not be heard past the property lines.
Dogs should stay in the backyard or the house. Oleander hedges are in the front yard and can be harmful to pets if eaten.
Space is not to be used for commercial, stock photography, paid media, or video purposes. If you would like to use the space in this way, please contact Reset Club for pricing and location release.
